    Continuous unloading and metered feeding
    ·The compactor is equipped with a large unloading hopper or feeder, with a single-batch capacity of 25 m³, capable of accommodating the unloading of various refuse collection vehicles upon arrival at the station, ensuring excellent process compatibility.
    ·Unloading and compaction do not interfere with one another and can be carried out independently and simultaneously, resulting in high operational efficiency and a large processing capacity.

     

     


    Process flow

    High-pressure horizontal pre-compaction
    Loose waste enters the compaction chamber from the top of the container via a feeder or a discharge chute, where it is compacted using a high-pressure (up to 120 tonnes) hydraulic cylinder horizontal pre-compaction process. This results in high-density compacted waste blocks and excellent shaping. The waste undergoes dewatering within the compactor, and wastewater is managed in a sealed system, preventing leakage during transit.
