    Vertical Pre-compaction Moulding Technology
    The waste is highly compacted, resulting in well-formed blocks. Dewatering takes place within the transfer station, preventing leachate leakage during transport and eliminating secondary pollution.
    The pre-compacted waste blocks are pushed into the transfer vehicle’s body; the body is not subjected to compressive forces, ensuring a simple structure and smooth unloading at the final destination.

    Volumetric Quantitative Feeding Technology
    The position of the feed pusher can be adjusted according to the condition of the waste material to regulate the volume of the feed hopper at the bottom of the feed chute. This ensures that the amount of waste fed into the compression chamber each time precisely meets the requirements for forming a single block, achieving a single feed (horizontal) and a single forming cycle (vertical), thereby preventing blockages during feeding.

    Puhui Smart Cloud Technology
    Functional modules and big data from all major equipment and vehicles within the transfer station are transmitted in real time to thePURSUEFINE Smart Cloud via smart gateways or video systems. This data is shared between the headquarters’ EVC (Remote Service Centre) and the local urban transport management command centre, enabling intelligent monitoring, predictive maintenance, smart diagnostics and remote servicing of the transfer station.
